I’m Alex Mani, Founder and Director of Axiom Olive International and Axiom & Partners (London).
From Morocco to Portugal and Spain - my journey introduced me to incredible landscapes, rich cultures, and some of the world’s greatest olive trees. Along the way, I discovered unique varieties, ancient groves, and the deep traditions behind producing truly exceptional olives.”
In that time, I saw a clear gap between authentic Mediterranean producers — hardworking families and cooperatives producing world-class olive oils — and the global buyers searching for transparency, consistency, and quality.
